Notice relating to the COVID-19 pandemic

For the purposes of (1) protecting the health and safety of you and team members at Ambience hotel, and (2) complying with legal requirements, some Ambience hotel department may take your temperature when you arrive at the property and/or during your stay. If a department is conducting temperature checks of guests, the department will make available to you a privacy notice about the temperature checks. The notice will include details such as what personal information is being collected, the legal basis for the collection of such information, the purpose for which the information will be used, and how long the information will be retained. Ambience Hotel & Resort Limited use your personal information in order to fulfill our commitment to providing an unparalleled guest service experience. As part of that undertaking, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of the personal information that we gather. As one of our guests, you understand and agree that we collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy for Guests (this “Policy”).

The photographs and materials contained in this web site are copyrighted and certain names and logos are protected by federal and/or state trademark registrations. The Sorrento Hotel Partnership (“Owner”) maintains all ownership rights in these materials. The Owner grants you a non-transferable non-exclusive right and license to use the information provided here for your own personal use or for use by your business, but strictly for purposes of gaining information about the property described and determining whether and how to book reservations at said property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, upload, modify or make derivative works from the materials on this web site, or publish, market, sublicense of market said materials. External links to any portion of this web site must be authorized in advance by the Owner.

Types of Personal Information We Collect The term “personal information” in this Policy refers to information which does or is capable of identifying you as an individual. The types of personal information that we process (which may vary by jurisdiction based on applicable law) include:
